Hello! Thanks for being here. I'm Geena and welcome to my little corner of the interior design world! I’ve been in the design industry since graduating from UC San Diego in 2004. Since I was little, I was obsessed with rearranging my room (and my sister’s!) and always asking to tour the new model homes that would pop up around our neighborhood. I loved navigating through them and imagining what kind of furniture would go in each room and how I’d live in them. Little did I know this quiet obsession was an actual JOB!

As a designer, I want to create cozy, inviting, beautiful, and functional spaces, that exude the personality of our clients. I like to think that a room gives you a big hug when you enter and should be a source of enjoyment and relaxation. A room doesn’t have to be all function, it should be beautiful, too. I’m here to help you achieve both! With some color, comfort and a dash of the unexpected, I hope to guide you through the design process while having a lot of fun together.

I love all things design, but equally love the nitty gritty of the construction process! I love color, patterns, and textures. Mixing new and old, high end and low, and different styles. All these things come together to give you that depth, warmth, & custom look we all want in our homes. 

While running a small business, I’m also the CEO of my young family, I have a major soft spot for old homes and am currently working on our own 1936 Upright & Wing fixer upper, Mohawk Haus, in sunny San Diego, California.
